USACO - at this site you can train your program skills, and also your logic skills, as most of exams are 'ad hoc' problems (unique problems that can't be solved using any algorithms). I'm currently doing problem "Prime Palindromes" (Section 1.2).

...you have to use a good algorithm. I know. But those algorithms you can't find anywhere, you have to make them. :ok:
