In the path of regaining VIPship, you already made 3 mistakes.
1-A true VIP is not completely idle for a long period of time.
2-A true VIP doesn't post new threads just to increase his postcount: he either posts very few and quality-wise, or is the worst spam-bitch in the forum and doesn't need to open new topics on his own.
3-A true VIP works in the shadow, silently brings his reviews/screenshots/USA(Useful Stuff Anyway) to admins' attention, and is well considered for that. Having a look at the proper thread will be more useful to your reputation than asking in public.

This said, I wish you good work and hope to see you back in the ranks - just work hard for it ;)

and 4.. you realize the admins have NO controle over who is VIP and not :)
