The publisher (Red Storm Entertainment) is an ESA member but the game is not protected since 25.07.2010.
Sold only on Amazon Marketplace. (Also on the Canadian, British, German, French, Italian, and Spanish ones.)

I think we can label the game as 'approved'. Can anyone confirm this?
