Other than that, the developer and publisher are not ESA members, it isn't supported anymore, and, from what I've found, isn't sold anywhere.

Booksr4u looks like a reseller to me. 'Very Good Condition' is a term used for second-hand products. To make this link valid, the product would need to have said 'Brand New'.
