I've noticed something very strange.
 

Lately, I've noticed that my e-mail has been getting tons of messages about recieving private messages here. Every time I click the link in the e-mail that takes me to my Abandonia inbox, it gives me a message that I don't have permission to visit that page. And the actual site says that I never actually have any private messages.

So who's sending these PMs, and how do I get them to stop? Thanks.

hm.. that's weird. nobody has access to the old pm system on abandonia for a long time. are you sure they are not old e-mails or something?=S

No, I've been getting these constantly. I don't remember when I started getting them, but I'd say I get at least one a day.

maybe you received one shortly before the service got disabled and then the mailer notifies you about it being in the inbox? but that's weird. some developer should definitely be notified

Drat - I was gonna reply first, and explain that it's okay, _r.u.s.s. is completely harmless...
