Publisher is protected by ESA for 10 years; game protection expired in 2009 (2009 = 1998 + 10 years protection + 1 year due to lack of definitive release date). The game is not supported, and it appears to only be sold on Amazon.com. Can someone confirm this?

Sold on Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk.

I think the game should remain 'rejected'.
