Found game title: Dominus
 

Not sure which thread this is suppose to go, didn't see any help sections really or similar posts, so it's here:

I once played an old PC game, and I want to play it again but can't figure out what it's name was. I've already spent hours on google and old dosbox game sites lol.

Basically its something like dungeon keeper, except you aren't guarding a dungeon but rather a tower/castle. There were two basic views, that of the tower and the surrounding area and then of the levels of the tower. You ordered monsters you had to go out and trap the surrounding lands, or gather materials to make different traps. You didn't control them like in dungeon keeper but rather like small armies that you send out to do a generic task and they come back after a while. But the basic idea is you set traps and guards to keep them reaching the top of the tower. Also, you can metaphorph monsters together to make bigger badder better guards:D

Anyone happen to know the name of the game?
