You can't download that game, cos it's ESA.
Games that ARE downloadable have a download button in place of the ESA button. :max:

But there is a freeware version you might like called FreeCiv :thumbs:

Also, I think there's a bug that you have to go to the English review to download a game, because translated pages show the ESA button always even if the game should be downloadable. It should be fixed sooner than later.

But Civ is for sale, so you'll see the ESA button in the English version too.
