Ok i see this thing next to my posts it has warn level % - at 0% what does that mean is that a member rating panel or what can someone plesae explain it sounds sorta bad.

well i remember this from when I used to moderate.
Basically it allows moderators and administrators to warn you in case you are misbehaving. Each time you are warned one open dot fills up red and the number in front of the percentage goes up (duh)

If the warningmeter fills up you get punished.

I'm not sure if this is the case here, but warningmeters can be lowered (in case you were warned at one point) over time, or if you show that you are sincerely sorry.

I wondering does it show up for every user i cant see anyone esle with it - or can only i see it for myself - the same as all other membres - i just havent noticed it before.
