so save yourself some download time by not getting 23738 and 23739

None of the other links to manual work.
The link to the Manual in the extras downloads the actual game not the manual.

Fantasy Empires_Patch to v1.1 & The Horde_Patch to v1.1 both point to the same file which is the Fantasy Empires patch.

a question also regarding downloads. how to get larger files (over 10 mb). only have dialup, bad connections, 4 hour limit, and can't resume game downloads.
