Is the title supposed to sound like "I Am Mean" or something?

But yes, it looks, well, original.

I try running this in DosBox and I just get a black screen when I open up the game

are you running meen.bat?

C.Hanx 15-06-2009 05:30 PM

Yeah I'm having the same issue. Nothing but a black screen. Tried running it via both MEEN.BAT and IMMEEN.EXE, but both produce the same result. I'm running it in DOSBox version 0.73. Anyone happen to know a solution to this problem?

If you're running XP and the game does not work:
Try running it in compatibility mode. Right click on immeen.bat, select properties, and navigate to the compatibility tab. Here, check the 'Run this game in compatibility mode' check box and select windows 95 from the drop down list if it isn't already selected. And with that, you should be ready to go!

im running vista and having the same problems. dos box gives me a blank screen and compatibility mode gives me sound but no visual because "full screen is not supported". ideas?

This could be a Vista compatibility issue. You might have to use a special programme inside which to run an older version of windows, but I'll let the experts help you with that :mhh:
