could not find gadget shapes

having trouble with kyrandia 3

after running the setup there is an error that takes me back to the dos screen and says...

could not find gadget shapes
RamFree = 238496

c:\kyrand3>

Any help guys?

what's the real size of your legends of kyrandia, if it's from here?
mine is 46*566*447 bytes

also, which excutable are you running? tried setup beore?
