Problems with forum time settings?
 

I have my time zone set for -0400 (US Eastern). Times appear way off from where they should be.

Edit: For instance, this post says it was added 3am this morning. It's 9pm where I am, a full 18 hours off.

Works fine for me (GMT+1 - DST)
Did you check in your 'user control panel', sub 'edit options'?
To get to that 'user control panel' look down whilst you're in a topic and open the 'forum jump' menu, it's above in that menu.
