Looking for an old game
 

I've been looking for an old game for quite some time now.
I don't have any pictures or names, but ill try describe it the best i can:

The game is about evolution(i guess its called).
You start with not many resources, and you have to find out what things to use to do new things.
For example, press wood and stone etc. to create fire.
And then you work your way from there.
I remember ending up with doing rail roads.
You also do typography, swords(melt other stuff as well), cars, computers etc.
In short, about evolution, starts long time ago, and ends up with computer technologies.

Sounds a bit like Civilization.
When did you play it? What did the graphics look like?

yea, you're right it does sound like civilization, but its nothing like it.
its kinda like 1st person view or something. You got a scene, and you have to find things and "put them together" so you can move on, do new things and new technologies.

Edit1: I maybe think i got it from a NEO cd. but im not sure.

Edit2: once again im unsure.
cause this is not the neo-geo thing you can google for.
this was cd's with loads of games on it, and i think it was called NEO.
