X-COM 1 (UFO) Saving game locks up - Dosbox
 

Anytime (tactical or geoscape) I go to save my game, I type the name in, and hit the enter key and the game just stops responding. It doesn't fully crash though because I can still move my mouse around. But it just sits there at the screen, and clicking on anything does nothing.

Anyone else have this issue?

Did your copy of the game come from Abandonia or elsewhere?
What version of DOSBox?

Check to for read only flags in your save folders.

Nope, not a read-only problem. I noticed that it had GAME_1, 2,3 but was missing 4-10 and i was saving in slot 10, so I made those directories and it fixed it. Strange I don't know how that happened...
