A boy with 'golden hammer'
 

Hi!

I've been looking for this game since I was a kid, playing it on the arcade in my local billiard-cafe (in the 80's)

It's a boy, who's running around with a hammer (I believe) and can sometime change character when entering a kind of phone-booth, to a slim and tall guy (who jumps high) or a fat guy (who's strong)

At the end of each level, you should hammer/destroy a big 'face' and just before you enter this last challenge, it's possible to 'hammer down' a Witch flying on her broom, so that you earn this flying broom and can hammer this Boss quite easily....

Did ANY of this sound familiar?

The first paragraph is tantalizingly familiar. I'm drawing a complete blank on the second one though - but that's probably because at the time I was a wee bitty lad and never reached the end of a level... But for the life of me I can't recall the name of the game :(.

Might it be any of those?
