Venture (NOT a stock trading game)

Hi, everybody. I use this site for downloading games a lot, but this is my first time on the forum.

Ok, here's the game I want.

It's a game called Venture that game on a kid's game compilation CD I had when I was little. It's a single-character first-person shareware/RPG for Windows 3.1 (or was it 95?). It was a shareware game, and if you registered, you got something to make your own adventures with.

Unfortunately, the author and the game itself have disappeared from the face of the earth. Searching Google, many, many times gives nothing. The only thing I have to go is the name. If someone could find anything about this game at all, shareware or registered version, I will be eternally grateful.

If you need more information, let me know!

No, sorry.

It's a first-person RPG/Adventure for Windows.

Just to help, i've searched on Google after it, with no hope.
It's really odd, sure the name was Venture?

Although i don't remember the name, i'd like to hear a bit more about the game.
what kind of graphics, what theme, ...?

Ok, it was a dungeon with stone walls. Sometimes, creepy alien sound effects would play. And sometimes, (really crappy looking) aliens would appear you would have to fight. There was also a computer you could talk to. The only conversation option I remember was "HAL, is that you?"

That's all I remember right now.
