I have one suggestion to the site admins.I saw in one other Dos site one very cool and I think not very complicated effect,but very effective.Here is : snowflakes falling on the screen.It`s so cute and give the sence on cosiness in the cold winter days.Not to say how cool it`s to see the snowing outside and inside my PC. :D and I`m in warm room of course. :tomato:

Isn't that some Flash-thing? Could be Jscript too... anyways, what he means is that, while browsing Abandonia or the forums, you can see snow falling down on the foreground. Kinda like alot of those Freewebs sites have.

Hmmm, Runescape does it on it's main page and in Fallout the pipbuy changes to say things like "Happy Easter!" and "Happy Valentine's Day!" on the appropiate days. I think it would be good to change the logo of the site to different things depending on what special day it is (like Google does).

Sounds like a plan, I'll go fetch some snowflake javascript and see if I can implement it :) But these things can be annoying so I'll give it some extra thought. I think drawing some snow on the logo, and adding a santa next to it or something will do ;)
