Abandonia Games Discussion - posting new threads is not restricted
 

As seen in: http://www.abandonia.com/vbullet/showthread.php?t=16105 , any user can post new topics under AGD.
We need to prevent creation of new threads in AGD except by updaters and admins, like it was before.
