Lets talk about acting. Are there any good actors around here?

I am an actor. For me, acting and performing has always been one of my favourite things. I like to entertain people, no matter how or why. However, I have always worked in very serious plays (inlcuding the legendary role of the prince of Denmark, Hamlet). I want to do some comedy!

i'm an actor, but in everyday life...never performed on stage, though.
tonight i avoided a fight through acting(i was with a girl so i couldn't fight)

I have a gf who got a role in an amateur theatre production. She invited me to a rehearsal. One of the actors didn't show so they asked me to read his lines. Whenever it was my turn, I seemed to be staring out the window or fixated on a part of the set. Finally everyone gave up and went home, and that was the end of my acting career.

Well, I've never acted, though I have a friend that says I could do it seeing how much emotion I put in my Monty Python sketches imitations. The closest thing I've ever been to acting was my performance as lead singer for the school chorus. That is, about 10 years old, singing before an audience of about 500 people in a chorus were I was the only boy, and not a single drop of embarrasement. So I guess I could try acting some time without being ashamed (beig good is another point).

oh, i just remembered. i was the son of a goat when i was in 4th grade, i think.

I played the role of a lamb eaten by the wolf in "The Goat mother and the three lambs" or something like this, anyway written by Ion Creanga a famous writer in Romania, sadly I don't remember much details, it was fun that's for sure, I would like to repeat that experience again, but a major obstacle for me and probably for others is that I'm to shy, a beer could solve it.
