That WinAmp skin is a homebrew I made some time ago (but continue to improve every now and then), and the song playing in it is "Devil and Angel's Kiss" ("Akuma to Tenshi no kisu") from Bubblegum Crisis soundtrack. Anyone curious can find the lyrics here.
