There is this game i used to play which I can't remeber the title of-can anyone help??

My memory of it is very sketchy so my description will probably not trigger anyone's memory-I also believe it was a fialry small game BUT its worth a try, so here goes:

It was a 2-d side scrolling game where you controlled a fish with your mouse-you were underwater and had to guide it through the sea to the right-i bleieve you had to dodge obstacles. You had to collect your eggs which were little fish in see-through eggs like frog-spawn. It was shareware because at the end of a few levels king neptune would come up an ask you to register-he spoke a stream of bubbles which translated into text on the screen.

Its a long shot-and my descripton is lacking miserably...but does anyone know the title of this game???
