First order of business as I start this up. :D
I'm going to need at least 4 people to sign up for their heroes before I can start, then I'll start with the missions and such.
When you want to join in, tell me what you want your hero to look like and what kind of hero he should be (i.e. big and tough, fast and nimble).
He probably won't look exactly like you want him to, but all the heroes will look unique.

Okay, Freedom Force is a real time 3D tactical game.
Heroes can be specilized in nearly every way, from strengths to weaknesses, powers to looks. Using this I can make a hero tailored to almost any taste.
The system will be implemented this way.
-A few people volunteer for a mission
-After gathering them up, the mission start
-Screenshots are posted with progress, so you know what's going on.
-After the mission, points are tallied up, and it is decided whether you gained enough to go up a rank or receive more powers
-Missions will become much more difficult as it goes on

And etc. Sound good?

Guide To Making a Hero
-First say what kind he/she will be, Fast, Lightning, Toxic, those are very vague, you can be more specific.
-Then tell me what he/she will look like, big and muscley, black clothing or etc.
-Give me a vague outline of his powers (don't be too specific) like does he have a lightning power that stuns enemies?

This sounds like fun. I'm not familiar with the game at all, so I don't know much about customizing characters, but I'd rather be fast and nimble as well. And if I can fly, so much the better.

Any idea what your char should look like?
Something like "A cape and dark clothing" is good enough.

No cape, if it can be helped - too easy to get those things caught in stuff. Something dark blue might be nice. And of course I'll have to be ruggedly handsome.

I'd like to be the sort of hero that can lay the smack down on the ner'do'wells with street furniture and cars, with maybe a special attack or two. Make him a jumper too, as they rule and beat flyers to a pulp :whistle: Kind of like that Minuteman guy actually.

EDIT: For the head, either something that has long, badass hair or a full-face mask. Bright 1960s style colours and excessively tight-fitting trousers are a must for the rest of the body. :D

I'll be starting out soon, here's the lowdown.

-Mission 1-
Bumbling Heroes
It's a new group, just starting out, they get everything in check. Save the world, sure, beat some people up, yeah! But where to start? As the group is still very timid and weak, they've pinpointed a scum hole that'll give them some much needed experience in the field, and a good candidate for some cleaning up.
The metropolis of Metro is a down to earth place, filled with crooks, villains, and cut throats. The perfect spot for a little justice.

MISSION 1

Our heroes arrive in the park, right in the middle of the area, a quick search reveals all the thugs to be hidden on one side of the map.

The team soon encounters the huge pack of thugs all traveling in one group. Beef attempts a Mind Warp and fails, as it's resisted by nearly all the thugs.
It turns into more of a brawl, with Doubler, Havell and Fruit taking on a large pack.

They're easily wiped out, with Beef suffering some major damage, she retreats to the top of a roof to heal up. A gang of gun bearing thugs show their annoying powers by repeatedly pelting the group with bullets. Beef sends a Mind Warp, and this time it stuns nearly the whole group.

Sadly, Beef is taken out nearly right after this amazing shot, leaving her down for the count (just for this mission) doubler runs in to take his revenge. Fruit finishes off 3 more thugs, while Havell attempts to beat down a huge thug.
Doubler causes a good amount of damage, before he too, is killed.

With Beef scoring a very low 400 (Strange, she nearly won the game for us

And Doubler gets a fantastic 4000.

The mission was all over a mediocre one, no ranks were earned, and no extra abilities, but we're very close to getting there!

Flyer, definitely. For stats & powers - I'm a straightforward combat person - not too much speed, low Energy and rather average Agility, but good Strength and Endurance. Always with the almighty blade (you can give me one or two good powers on that).

Is it possible to be some big blob of some kind??? With lots of slimey powers?

I'm having trouble with Himmler's character, the model isn't reacting well to the game, and I can hardly change his stats without the game freezing.

The group is growing, and the city has excepted them as their saviors. But what next? It seems everyone wants them to be doing something every single minute, many of these tasks are trivial and ridiculous. Now Freedom Force Abandonia is taking on a Mafia, to show the towns-people they aren't some man-servants, but a dedicated force of justice!
Let's get ready to rumble! (And eat cheetos)

-This time the action takes place in the central city, almost immediatly our heroes are attacked by some lesser thugs.

-Doubler takes on 2 thugs at a time, both die.
-Fruit decides to lure a few thugs into a corner, where he uses Electrical Arc and does some damage.

I want him to look a bit liiiiiiike, uhm, a Bane (from Batman) - (Scarecrow (from Batman also but the comic book version that looks like a scarecrow with reaper and such) - Carnage ( from Spiderman ) hybrid. A mix of Bane, Scarecrow, and Carnage. :D Something that would look as close to that as possible. :P

Ummm...I guess the easiest way for me to describe the guy I want would be to think of Juggernaut from Marvel. A solid tank. 6'10, 900 pounds (but not fat), Red hair, Blue eyes, Supernatural strength, is considered the unstoppable force, once he starts charging he is practically invulnerable. So yeah, just a tank of a guy, ready to crush and destroy everything in his path.

I like this one even if I can't play this game on my machine (I think :D ). Me likes the screenshots too. Me bows down to our friendly pig. :kosta:

Cow Guts

Days have been good for our fair heroes, crime is at a all time low, disturbences have been laid to rest, and everyone is in a good mood. But it's soon ruined, as reports in a nearby outlands community have been presenting bizarre accounts of cattle mutilation and abduction. It seems our league may be dealing with extra-terrestials, who for some reason, have decided to attack our fair suppliers of meat and dairy. It's on to the rock and desert lands of the good old Farmers, but what will await our heroes there?

The instant our heroes arrived, it turned out these weren't extra-terrestrials, these were damn huge dinosaurs!
Mission results were good, but not amazing, no one died, but we did suffer major injures for Bobbin and Punch.
So far, one person can now buy another ability, and that's Quintopotere.

-Our heroes arrive, and they immediatly see the problem, one... huge... T-Rex, and a few raptors seem to have been the troubles behind the latest problems.
-Our heroes immediatly engage in battle, Himmler, taking on the T-Rex, and the rest battling a few raptors.

-Himmler runs from the big T for awhile, and helps out the other heroes.
-One raptor is KOed as he's beaten to death from the group of heroes.
-Punch is seen retreating to the top of a rock. The coward!

-The next few seconds are generally chaotic, as Punch runs in circles trying to shoot down the raptor chasing him.

MISSION 4
Conspiracy
After some research, it seems those dinosaurs weren't there by chance. Some organization stuck in the middle of a uncharted area, have tested their vile experiments on the land. Now our group must destroy their base, and leave it to ruins, so this evil may never be parted on the land ever again.
It seems far too easy, if this is some random terrorist group, who is their leader? What are their plans? What will await our heroes?

Mission 4
Conspiracy

Lowdown:
This mission was fantastic, we did have trouble actually killing the enemies, but none of our team was actually fatally wounded, this mission gets a rating of fantastic, although no one received bonuses, this mission lasted much longer than the impression you will receive from the overview, and was largely irritating on my part.

Story

Our heroes arrive at the base, only to find the entrance guarded by a large group of gun thugs, and Ice Troopers. The battle is long and hard, but in the end, we triumph. But this was only the beggining, what awaited inside of the base?

Start

-We start at the airpad, everything seems quiet, but the horde will come very soon!

-The enemies attack!
-Doubler runs to meet them, while Fruit launches a Electrical Arc at the closest enemy.
-Doubler eliminates the first enemy.

-Reamus attempts to move his slow self over, while the battle is already raging.
-Beef lets off a Mind-Blast, succesfully stunning the enemy group, this will only hold off their annoying freezing for awhile.
-Doubler is frozen in the background, but a lucky friendly fire attack frees him from the ice (good once Reamus, you backstabber).
-Fruit is pushed off the edge of the airpad onto the dirt, he is laughed at.

-And so the annoyingness begins, Beef is frozen!
-Reamus smashes someone hard, the guy goes flying, yet he seems to have been shot faaaaar off the platform.
-Fruit punches a unsuspecting thug, he promptly becomes unconcious.

-Reamus, although doing much damage, seems to have been standing in one spot for too long, and is immediatly frozen.
-Fruit is nowhere to be seen, it takes about 1 minute of pausing the game and searching around for him before I could find him, he was punching a barrel.

-Fruit is stunned, I resort to using Heroic Recovery (One time per mission) otherwise he would've been beaten senseless.

-Beef and Fruit team up on a Ice Trooper.
-Doubler uses rage on 3 gun thugs.

You should ISO games that you know is illegal to download. So in case of a situation like this. I'm using my ISO version of Starcraft. We have loads of copies of Warcraft CD because I used to play multiplayer a lot. We've got like, 8.
