A great game... Aah, the hours my brother and I have spent to complete this...

It can be tough at times, but I recommend trying it without trainer (no idea if there are cheats, but back then there certainly was a trainer for it).

There are lots of different environments and creatures, which made it interesting till the very end.

I really like this game. And i remember a similar game, which IMHO was even better: The Three Stooges. It was really great. I think it's one of the best old platform you can find.

Well....I played this game a lot when younger with a friend pretty cool !!!

Well...I did and here they are :sneaky:



1. If you play single player mode with Elwood (thin guy) (cant remember :P)...anyway....you can use the thrash cans in ANY level and just walk right on all people/things that bothers you :D Example: In first level u just pick up a can and walk right on the police man and so on...but be careful, if he shoot u u miss the can. Another thing you have to watch for is that they are not facing you, but are turning their backs when you are running into them.

2. It's a little nice trick to make the end of first wave a little easier: If you got a thrashcan and throw it when standing next to a balloon/umbrella you will either:

Balloon > You will fly up forever (not recomended)
Umbrella> You will fly without an umbrella, and you will not stop flying if u get hurt...

i also used to play this game a lot, but in this version i can't enter the shop to get the guitar you need to exit the firts level

For the guy who asked for the multiplayer selection, you have to keep going sideways till the light is shining on Jake and Elwood, then select.

Man this game is hard. Can't seem to get past those dish-throwing ladies. They always come up outta nowhere! :Titan:

Where can i get the needed guitar to exit the first leevl?

Hi, i had this problem too. You must enter the music store before the second police man.
To enter a store just stay in front of it entrance and hold this space bar down while pressing the uparrow key.

it's easier to press the spacebar first then the up key.

Thanx! Great fun but difficult. Gotta love their movement. Movie just came out in a 20 years ann. edition. Anyhow, I played as a kid but that doesn't seem to help much, I've now tried to complete first level seven times and that dumb bird gets me every time. Can't seem to shoot it with orfrom the boxes "on" the tree. Suggestions?

Have you climbed all the way up the tree, then jumped right onto the clouds? And there are umbrellas there to allow you to jump from the tree onto the clouds, and so on to the far right.
Unfortunately I don't remember whether it was necessary to shoot the bird or if it was possible to float over it, using an umbrella... It's been at least 10 years since I played this.

I once noted down a walkthrough for the first level, if it helps.
I'll try to dig it up and see what's that about the bird.
