Having seen so many great paintings (mostly made by TheGiantMidgit) created only with simplest graphic editor made me think that I have to try it too so here are my first experiments with MSpaint.

Love them both... although I think they might look better if you used a proper paintbrush instead of the spray, then follow up that and shade them.

If you mean the "eruption" - mostly by invert brush which I discovered as a powerful tool to make awesome mosaics and I've added some lightning effects. However, I do not remember exact technique.
