Have you guys ever heard of the birthday paradox? Apparantly, if there are 23 people in a room there's a better than 50:50 chance that two of them have their birthday on the same day. Who knew?

that's not a paradox, it's just something that sounds unlikely at first until you think about it. A list of all lists which do not list themselves is paradoxical.
