Abandonia faithful,

First of all, I want to congratulate everyone on the overall impressiveness of this site. It's by far the best abandonware site on the Net. Way to go!

I've been on and off of this site over the last couple weeks and finally decided to become a member. I'm not the computer expert that I used to be, but my enthusiasm for the classics can't be dimmed. Anyway, I love this site so much, that I've even made a modest monetary contribution for it's upkeep (and that's saying a lot for a broke college student!).

So, I just want to say "hi" to everyone. :bye: I can't wait to spend time playing my favorites! Thanks so far for all your help!!

As far as I know, Ajax is the name of a Greek hero who fought in the War of Troy. He was known to be the second strongest after Achilles and killed himself 'cause Ulisses got Achilles'armor and weapons instead of him.

In answer to your question Wormpaul, the Void is closest to the truth. I'm just a big Greek mythology fan and Ajax was a stud. True, Achilles was tougher, but I won't kid myself and pretend like I'm the best...just second best! (humility goes a long way, eh?...). Oh, and Picard, I've got tons of time on my hands that I always use for something other than studying.

Oh, and the Ajax football team is one of my favorites as well...
