Trying to Remember 90s Space game
 

Hello all,

I can't for the life of me remember the title of this game. But I do remember certain things. I believe I found it during aol 3.0 games era. It had decentish graphics. The ship you flew in had a checkered pattern on the hull. It was 360 degree multishooter. The objective I believe was to stop space pirates from destroying some stations. In which if you failed to protect one a voice would go "OOOOH NOOOO" It had 2 music tracks I think. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hmm no thats not it. I remember another thing. You could speed up by engaging a hyper space drive. It was also all one map. You never left the system

As for the topic, I would also try with Solar Winds for solely because of 360 degree gameplay, although plot is way too different. You can check sites with "similar games" options, like hotud.org, and see what games are related to Solar Winds or Star Control.

There is kind of a similar topic for unknown space game, so could it be Starships Unlimited?
