For Arcanum, you need to get hold of:

Hamachi
Gameranger

and visit Terra Arcanum, maybe signing up there if you want.
Make sure you grab this cool arena map to level up quickly, so we don't get pwned in the first 2 mins of the MP quests.

(remember to unofficial patch Arcanum - the no-cd one - so you have the same version as the people you are playing with, else it'll bork)

Does installing the High Resolution Patch break the compatibility?

I'm not sure about that...
Dunno if we used to use it - maybe Tomekk can remember.

I remember that there was a problem with a high res patch, but that may have been for Blood. :mhh:

Ian said about playing again the other day, but my cd 1 is smashed.

Will just have to use other version and no-cd patch.

What level characters are we going to play with?

I have a lvl 23 dwarf gunner, lvl 40 elf mage, lvl 20 elf ranger, lvl 15 half-elf fighter.

I plan on using the mage so I can ressurect any of you in case you die :p

If you meant the UAP that's on Terra Arcanum, I did install both and it worked. Funny thing is the HRP is the same one that's used in BGTuTu :) The same WeiDu scripter and the same script.. I think it even says Baldur's Gate II somewhere during installation :D
I thought you meant that if one of us has the HRP, then he can't play with the others.

Haven't checked, but it might be the case if others don't have the HRP as well.

Can we just play without patches? IMO it might just cause a lot of trouble and I'm SURE hunvagy can survive without hi-res graphics :p
