Flash Games?
 

I have a link called "Flash Games" between "My Account" and "Forum". It links to www.skoore.com ...what's going on? :weird:

They're not even decent retro-PC remakes. Newgrounds and Ebaum's World are loads better for Flash games and videos.
Skoore's pretty lame, I reckon.

But why is it there? Is it some company that pays for add space or something? I dont get it :S

It's just Studentis' desperate attempt to gain some visitors to their lame site.... the problem is, they did this without CONSULTING US FIRST. :wall:

I think that Abandonia's "parent" company, Studentis (STDs) are planning on some merger / networking thing or something...

There's Abandonia and Abandonia Reloaded so, I've been told that they're wanting to create some buddy-network of all the gaming sites and sites that have anything to do with games.
(if you can call some of the flash on that site "games")

The flash games seem to be quite a bit different to what AB and AR offer, though...
Doesn't really fit in with the rest of the games that are available or, more importantly, the general ethos of this site.

Apparently, the "Skoore Abandonia" thing is their idea to test how interested Abandonia/Reloaded's users are:

There's been no news of this at Reloaded.

Apart from occasionally playing Pandemic and Necronomicon,
I don't care much for Flash games, TBH. Maybe if I get a normal connection at home it will change.

Yes. Kosta Krauth sold the site to Studentis Group three years ago.

I told him that as soon as I was told that by the Studentis CEO.

I have no problem with the flash games link its just in the wrong place, maybe Studentis should move it to the front page under the affiliates column.

edit: the logout button is now covered by the search box.

I've been trying to see if we can get this a permanent home on the Front Page - I use it all the time. Very handy tool.

It doesn't solve the seach box problem (but I don't have that...) but it's a work-around for it.

And I'm with Itsajber and Doink... The "Flash Games" tab could be placed somewhere less central. It's not like it's the central theme of the site... More a minor aside, eh?
But who knows what STDs have in store..?

Fifth, can't the Studentis CEO be informed of our suggestion to move that Flash games link somewhere else?

I'm with Doink: The Search box now covers the Log Out button. Not a huge problem, more like a minor annoyance, but still... what if you want to log from a public computer and then want to log out?

I noticed it's hidden only with use of IE, but in Firefox the search box is moved over the "Select Language" box.

I must tell you, that it looks much better now with the "ab network" menu item. Good work changing the menu.
