FreeFreddy 26-10-2004 08:06 PM

Take pliers and pull it out with them. ;)

Danny252 26-10-2004 08:08 PM

LOL you should have seen my most recent msn message as I tried to fix it :P now the space bar is oddly muffled...

Danny252 26-10-2004 08:08 PM

I used a LOOOOOOOOOOOOONG screwdriver instead :P

Danny252 26-10-2004 08:09 PM

and pliers failed

FreeFreddy 26-10-2004 08:09 PM

Consider this a warning - stop double- and trippleposting. Edit your posts.

Fenris 26-10-2004 08:13 PM

Well, I could give you one of my keyboards. The Zero, R, A , Left Shift, Left Control and H keys aren't working any more, but Space works perfectly. LOL

FreeFreddy 26-10-2004 08:20 PM

Heh, we had that one already. It's when Puffin's old keyboard had hard time to type some letters. :D

Fenris 26-10-2004 08:23 PM

Oh, my one doesn't have a hard time to type letters, in fact it types G all the time LOL

Oh yeah! That keyboard was sure annoying....
Sometimes p, 0 and icelandic letters wouldn't work.
Sometimes h, g, [erase] wouldn't work...

Now I have a new one :D

Eagle of Fire 26-10-2004 11:00 PM

On old keyboards, the spacebar is hold together by a very fragile thin metal bar. You need to place the metal bar just right where it belong or the spacebar will always seem to be "loose".

Danny252 27-10-2004 09:05 AM

hey! my space has a frsgile metall bar on hinges thingy... but it seems I corrected it. I had to slide the bar under some clips and then manipulate it until everything else went in... I towrked though!

Huh?I towrked?
I think that should say It worked...

PS: Mr. Freddie, I cannot delete my posts, even by editing and leaving them blank... not all of us have :adminpower:! So we do need some of your :adminpower: to solve this one...

Tom Henrik 27-10-2004 09:34 AM

EVERYONE can edit their own posts... including you Daniel.

Unknown Hero 27-10-2004 10:23 AM

Yes, but there should be an option to delete your posts! What do you think Tom?

Havell 27-10-2004 10:29 AM

I would be useful, in the old forum you could delete the last post you did but not anymore.

FreeFreddy 27-10-2004 01:06 PM

You cannot delete your own posts? Heh, I thought that option was there all the time. But then again, I was moderator here from the very beginning too...

Yep, and you'd think you would've gotten better at it... :roflol:

*hides*

Eagle of Fire 27-10-2004 04:40 PM

Deleting your own posts is not a good idea IMHO. If you really want to remove what you said, just delete it and replace it by [this post was left blank]...

Danny252 27-10-2004 09:35 PM

but then we still HAVE the post...

Havell 27-10-2004 09:36 PM

And having loads of blank posts lying around would be annoying...

Danny252 27-10-2004 09:38 PM

Oui, Monseuir.

Eagle of Fire 27-10-2004 10:53 PM

Having threads having no sense because some posts were deleted is not better either... ;)

Havell 27-10-2004 10:59 PM

It's no more or less nonsensical than having:

[deleted post]

written everywhere.
