Mission 27: Landed supply ship UFO-48
Skyranger-1 VS Sectoid, daytime

The Skyranger ramp is lowered, opening up outside access for the soldiers. The landing site seems to be a tropical rainforest.

Beef - Is it me or does it feel like we've been sitting here for over a week?
L.O.L - It's just you.

Beef takes off on his flying suit and scouts out the area from above.
- WOOHOO, this thing rules! Look at me mom, I'm flying!
Jacek - Yeah yeah, just watch the foliage.

L.O.L walks down the ramp and heads south of the Skyranger. He looks at it and ponders.
- Damn, this things really should be camouflaged. They've got target written all over them.
Just then, a plasma shot is fired at. He jumps and hides behind the landing gear, and spots a grey blurb clearly standing out between all the foliage. He fires his rifle and hits it right on the head.
- I guess they should learn to camouflage too :P

Jacek heads out the Skyranger. He slowly heads down south-east, in the previous sectoid's direction, looking around the trees and grey bushes. Wait a minute, there's no such thing as grey bushes. He quickly points and fires his rifle, taking down the alien.

Duckpatch, Peregy, Blood-Piggy head out of the craft to help search for aliens. Everyone spreads out and searchs the whole jungle. They search in the trees, the bushes, even behind those weird blue thingies, but nothing. Nothing is found. Where could they've gone?

Peregy - Why don't we just look in the UFO?
Duckpatch - Because it's scary?

He opens the UFO door and looks inside. Nothing. He moves around, rifle on his hand, looking all around, and still nothing.

L.O.L heads in from the other UFO door. He goes around and corner and ZAP, is hit by a plasma shot. However, the armor absorbs all the damage.
- Tough luck.
He fires back and fries the sectoid in one plasma shot.

Jacek moves in to the grav-lift on the left side. Nothing on sight. L.O.L checks out the engine room.
- Ohhhh, shiny.

Peregy checks out the other side. Not repeating L.O.L's mistake, he carefully pears over the corner and spots two sectoids taking to each other.
- <Damn, those humans sure are stupid, aren't they?>
- <Hehe yeah. *acts silly* Look at me, I'm a stupid human. Lalalalala.>
- *acts silly too* <And I'm gonna get those stupid aliens in my stupid armor with my stupid gun, which certainly isn't as stupid as me.>

Peregy jumps out and blasts the two sectoids before they even know what's happening.

A sectoid comes down the grav-lift and passes right by Jacek without even noticing him.
- The nerve!
He simply can't stand it and chases the sectoid until it spots, killing it afterwards.

Peregy - Alright, first floor is clear. Jacek, you and L.O.L take care of the second floor. Me and Duckpatch got the third floor.
- Yes sir.
They head up the grav-lifts. The minute Peregy leaves the room, ZAP, a plasma shot hits him.
- Gah, my leg, my leg!
- Mate, you haven't even got a scratch.
- But it hurt.
He jumps back into the room to avoid further fire.

Jacek and L.O.L head up the grav-lift, and each go their way. Jacek finds a sectoid and blasts it. L.O.L finds one, kills it and finds two more behind it.

The aliens don't even think twice and take out L.O.L. Jacek doesn't stand for it and gives the aliens a piece of his mind.
Sadly, he sucks. Even with the incredible luck of surviving 3 direct shots, he still manages to screw it up and miss all his 3 shots. At 2 squares away!
The aliens give him no more chances and quickly dispose of him.

Peregy and Duckpatch head into the control and find it... empty? Hmmm, guess the leader has already been killed.
Otaku Dash fires a blaster bomb which hits the second floor from down under. A huge explosion hits the second and third floors of the UFO, damaging various systems and rooms. However, the damage isn't enough to kill the last aliens, so Beef and Blood-Piggy are ordered to replace their lost comrades and head for the UFO's second floor.

By the time Beef reaches the second floor, the smoke has spread throughout the place, making his job much harder. A plasma shots passes by him.
- Woah!
He looks in its direction and spots the two previous sectoids which, wouldn't you know, survived the blast. He zaps one of them but doesn't have time to take down the second one.
Said sectoid hits 'n' runs. Beef goes after it and fries it.
