I was addicted to Dark Age of Camelot for ages, until Trials of Atlantis came out. At that point my interest started to wane, as it took insane amounts of time and people to succeed, and the expansion added to an imbalance that was already there on my server. Midgard was very powerful at that point, until NF came out, when Albion pretty much tore up every server, and my poor Hibbies didn't stand a chance at all :(

All in all I lost countless hours of sleep playing that game, and I don't regret the time i spent playing it. Hopefully Guild Wars will offer that same feeling when it comes out.

FFIX and Colonization, but not a long-term-relationship

A couple of games I was really addicted to where back in the day were The Sims when it first came out, and Unreal Tournament as well, playing online was so much fun, I got to try it again one of these days...

Morrowind.Finished it with 8 characters(each time with diferent mods :D ) and I began to play it again recently...
Command and Conquer:Generals.Well it seems everyone hate this game but I am playing it in multiplayer with my friends almost three times a week.(In school... :evil: )
Half-Life.Finished it countless times

Max Payne. Finished it 30 times!!! Kinda odd huh? I played it on different levels and killed many enemies in style. Now its Doom3. I play different levels but I dont think I could repeat the whole game again... too scary... I think about my health... :whistle:

Doom. Holy hezus every Halloween me and the guys bust it out and poopith our pants. Then we bust out Alone in the Dark. Ill leave the reaction to you.

I was addicted to Civ when it first came out and Jagged Alliance Deadly Games (I started making my own scenarios and the guys in my apartment would try to beat each others scenarios)


My latest addiction was the Pirates Remake, I spent hours playing it a day but since it ran so slow it couldn't be helped :)

Deus Ex, played it 4 times just trying to see how I could finish it differently.

Deus Ex was indeed a good game, a lot of ways to play the game differently each time, like a no kill game, plus with the 3 different endings it makes a good play and with some of the cool mods like Zodiac or RedSun, it makes the game a lot more longer lasting.

i was... i started playin halo about a year ago and i still play it like at least an hour or 2 a day (may sound crazy but hey blowin people brains out in multi-player never gets old, besides reminds me of the good old days like DOOM and DOOM II or DOOM FINAL or OMF, Wolfenstien, and... crap im gettin carried away)
