I missed you. Haven't seen you around for a long time. We did talk about you living quite close to Zagreb as well, so we were basically missing you at the meeting (would be even more international). I surely hope you will be able to attend the next meeting (there certainly is going to be one, it's just not certain when - the location will probably remain the same).

Sure hope our meeting broke the ice and now other will be arranged as well!

Maybe a combined Dutch/Belgian meeting? For instance in Antwerp (BE) or Eindhoven (NL). If the latter I can host :D

Oddly enough, the fondest memory I have of the whole weekend is in no way conected to any of the members or the meeting itself...

It was at the expo, while we split up and I went off to buy Rainwife some cotton candy. There were some drumbers playing drumbs (still not really sure why, but it seemed a part of some programe) and I was waiting in line. Two elderly cleaning ladies came by and one of them started empying the waste basket (and she was 'dancing' to the beat of the drum while doing it). Both of them were just leaving when I got to the cotton candy guy, but before I could tell him what I wanted (he also had some other sweets) he called for the two cleaning ladies and gave them a huge lollypop each (those huge things shaped like a smiley winking at you). that really made their day, and I must say it brightened mine too, to see that people still do random kind stuff to complete strangers simply because they're in a good mood :ok:

Now why dont people give me those things? :P
