I'll answer this questions from a couple of years back in case anyone would be interested

To get S&M Queen ending, you need 1-30 morals and 250 sin. And you also need a high Fighter Reputation (>211) and high Charisma and Refinement (>200). OR you could have 0 Morals and about 100 sin.

Quick question, I keep getting my daughters relationship with Cube to a hundred, and yet she always marries some random unnamed guy. Due to this being my first playthrough, the housewife ending was the only one I could achieve. Could that have any effect?
