that's of course not a bug but i mind it too

i found it :
-open a thread
-scroll down
-select "user control panel" from forum jump

wtf ?

It's quite hidden, you have to enter into a forum -> Forum Jump -> User Control Panel.
I hope they will insert a shorcut.
