I feel like s**t -.-
Don't ask why, it's rather personal... |
>_>
There's a (to my knowledge) Swedish saying (others might also use it - I have no idea)... ''Har man sagt A får man säga B'', which roughly translates to ''If you have said A you should also say B''. It means that you shouldn't begin to tell a story if you're not going to finish it. |
I feel like following the leader.

According to one of my books, "Who stole the cashbox?" is Swedish slang for "Hello". |
I feel like searching our library upstairs for the New American Desk Encyclopedia, so I can FINALLY beat Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego? Because without it, I have no way past the copy-protection!!! :wall:

I've just finished a novel started ten years ago, so I'm feeling pretty chuffed.
Yay, i say. I actually completed it five years ago but it still needed so much fine-tuning and work. I put it away a few years ago thinking it was beyond me. Earlier this year a similiar novel came out with much success. Well, actually, it was the movie version of a novel that I'd never heard of. It had a plot that was similiar to mine, so I was a bit upset as I thought at least one strength the story had was its orginal - and what I thought was too wayout - concept. But the success of this other project kind of inspired me to keep going. The story is a combo of paranormal romance, inspirational and mystic Christianity. Think of the pairing of Merlin and Nimue combined with the soul-searching quest for the Holy Grail and that might give some idea. Now to find a lit agent.... |
