When yr account it validated (apart from being able to use PM's) you can EDIT posts.
This will mean you're not having so many conversations with yourself and no-one will get on yr case about mass posting in one thread.

I have a manual. Look on the net and you can find it, too. I'll PM you in a few days when yr account's sorted out.
Though you've kinda said everything that is pertinent to playing and completing the game. :)
It doesn't say what you need to collect, but it's something like:

Statue, Lotus, Katana, Holy/Prayer Book and something else that I can't remember. May be a fan.
Maybe it was more than 5...
