Well, we're rather discussing personal experiences and I take it most of us didn't feel the need (or have the time) to watch through IMDB's bottom 100... and don't tell me that's NOT where you heard about that obscure piece of celluloid first...
@ "Doom"-movie: No way I'm gonna pay for THAT! :[img]http://www.abandonia.com/forum/html/emoticons/laugh.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='laugh.gif' /> IF I ever watch it, I'll wait till it comes out on DVD... SOMEONE I know will be getting it anyway... :[img]http://www.abandonia.com/forum/html/emoticons/laugh.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='laugh.gif' /> |
There's a bottom 100 movies on IMDB?
No, actually, my friend pointed it out at Blockbuster (I don't know why they were stocking it) and said it was a crap-tastic movie, we spent the whole time laughing at it. Only after that moment did I realize I've never seen a worse commercial film. |
Well, for me Doom was great, be it lame to you guys or not - I still like it. It was one of the best FPS games for PC and the FPS cam was PERFECTLY (hear me Chuck? PERFECTLY) implemented into the movie. A+; 10 out of 10 what can I say.

It was great for it was.
I wasn't expecting much, and it turned out to be a decent film. Far from the worst. |
What do I care for the FPS (BTW, your and my definition of "perfect" might still differ to some degree... ;) )?
It's a movie with Dwayne "Method Actor" Johnson in a major role. Need I say more? :[img]http://www.abandonia.com/forum/html/emoticons/laugh.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='laugh.gif' /> |
Yes, you do need say more.
P.S. why does one actor ruin the experience? I mean, Kaunu Reeves, or however you spell that freak's name was in the Matrix, and where's the acting? |

I never cared sh*t for "The Matrix" either...
|
Well that's your opinion, and you needn't be so aggressive about it either.

So far, Pigggy's right. Manos: The Hands of Fate wins over everything else mentioned here in terms of sheer horrible badness. It was directed by a fertilizer salesman, for cryin' out loud! And no, I didn't discover it on IMDB; I discovered it on MST3K.
