Of course we do. They're on the drainage lines that exit the cafeteria, and I'm pretty sure the tortu- <ahem> interrogation chambers have drains that feed into them too. Can't have alien squeezin's getting into the water supply, you know.

Wow, not even I noticed, those are some spot on stats. Stamina could be higher though, it's usually greater than TUs. Though it's official, the game has a soft spot for the ladies ;)

About personal armour, the rule's pretty simple: Whoever's in front of the Skyranger gets them first. No point in giving them out to who isn't gonna use them.
And yes this means the soldiers who have armour will change between missions accordingly (sharing). Sure it's not hygienic, but it's cheap :P
