Whenever I run this game it starts and works fine until I start to play it the guy says the bar is closing or something like that and I can see him moving back and forth but I can't move or do anything, any ideas?

scroll up to the top of this page and follow the link to getting this game to work under windows xp/vista. They have some tools there to help you. Lots of folks, including myself, have had that problem, and with the patches at that site, and a little reading there, you should be able to get it running.

You mean that Planescape: Toorment's storyline sounds a bit like Blood Omen. Seeing as Blood Omen came out almost three years before.
