Never, which is pretty odd since I'm a lot more worse feminist than most women.

Once or twice, because of my long hair.

Blood-Pigggy 17-02-2006 05:23 PM

I was once mistaken as a double gender devourer der großen Fischgeschöpfe.

Yeah, I have been.

I was, I believe, the first active girl on this forum. People assumed for a long time that I was a guy, but I never said I was or wasn't :)

Also in real life, but nothing for few months now. Sometimes I wear a hat, and I put most of my hair (which is long but thin) under it, or keep it in a double-ponytail. Most of my clothes are pretty gender-neutral. It has happened (more than once and more than twice) that my old history teacher shouted "DONT TALK SO MUCH, BOYS" at me and a guy friend of mine.
My old biolgoy teacher was handing back exams we had taken, and was reading up the names and we were to put up our hands. She read out mine, I put up my hand, and she said "no you're a guy, you can't be Freyja", and read out next name.

Also, when I went out with my ex, people would think we were gay. I wonder who was the lady of the relationship........

Puffin, loosen that hair :D

Yeah happens to me al the time. I apparently have a girlie telephone voice.
Or they think that Im an elderly woman with a bad 'smoke voice'.

I blame it on them though becaurse I always try to say my name clearly.

BeefontheBone 17-02-2006 07:57 PM

Not by anybody else .... :)

Hahahaha that is truly hilarious. Mainly because you look nothing like a boy.

Puffin 17-02-2006 08:29 PM

Well, Yobor, I can't really blame people for thinking so when I'm wearing men's clothes (which I do a lot, I find them more comfortable) and have got a hat on. I could well be a gurly guy :P

I mistook Moogle for a girl. Girlish Avatar and Signature.

I dunno how to react to that LOL.
Fear the pom-pom!

I think it happened in this very forum, because of confusing personal photo ( I don't think I've actually ever put my pic in my profile - in AB at least. I use the real one in AR.).

In real life it's a bit more difficult to be mistaken, since at least 90% of girls don't grow a goatee.
