My friends and I would play this all the time on my 486. What a great strategy game.
So I was going through some old stuff and came across it after many years. I have three 5 1/4 Conquest disks that were mailed to me when I purchased copies from David Burns. These are the full versions: Version 1 (printed label) Conquest Map Editor V 1.6 (hand-written label) Conquest V 2.0 (hand-written label) Password is printed on the label. I don't see myself playing it again but if you are interested, please reply to this thread. I'll accept the best offer :-) |

Does this game still count as approved, even though it was originally shareware?
The link to the developer's website leads to a cannot-find-server error. |
If the game is not sold and not protected either, then its approved. But we will only take the Full version not the shareware-version.

The shareware version is OK for extras if it has something (levels, whatever) the full one doesn't.

Gotcha, thanks guys :)

Hi,
I bought the old magnodyne domain and opened a new site regarding this shareware : v1.x, 2x and Windows downloads. I also opened a forum to discuss. http://www.magnodyne.com/ Regards Eric. |

Sorry Natneechess, I didn't see your reply until just now. I don't remember if I hung on these disks or not. Since it was like 20 years old, I probably pitched it when I was cleaning house. I'm not sure where I would have put it if I held onto it. If I come across it again, I'll let you know. |
