For instance, I don't see the purpose of this topic. Other mods/admins would have already closed this, because it doesn't provide any discussion, except the mere information about what the heck people are listening at a certain moment. This is shoutbox stuff, not serious forum posting. The personal music tastes of members can already be discussed in other topic, such as "Favourite Bands", "Greatest Guitarist Ever", etc.

Are you that eager to share with the community what're you listening to? EDIT your post and add the song to it, together with the time of the day you're listening to that. This serves the "purpose" of the topic as well, and doesn't result in multiple 1-line posts.

Deleting posts older than X days would be the same as not deleting them.

And this is not a halfa$$ed decision at all. This is pure spam, and should be rather posted in the Shoutbox. Definately NOT in a forum revolving aroung your OWN musical creations.

Somehow I doubt that the posters have been involved in the making of the mentioned songs.
