There is a lot of logical explanations for this LeD. The random static could be one.
The human eye rarely see static because it happen too fast, but it happen like every second. For a static to be visible, you need a lot of it. And even then it's dodgy at best to see it unless it's very dark. A good example; take a video camera and record a TV or monitor. When you'll make it play again, you'll see a lot of "random" horizontal lines on your monitor. You might wonder what's the problem of your camera, but in fact there always been those lines on your tv or monitor. The answer lies in the fact your eye can't catch such a fast movement and you get the illusion it's not there. Another easy example: look at something. Then move your hand in front of your angle of vision so you hide the object, partially or completely. Then move your hand very fast from side to side. What will happen is that you will see "thru" your hand the object you were looking at first, even tough you do know that you hand is still there and did not magically disapear or become invisible. Your eye is simply too slow to catch the full motion of your hand and you get the illusion you can see behind it. |
I know the lines you all are speaking of...But it cannot display those lines if it is OFF...no power, turned off completely, you'd have to see the picture to see what i was talking about, there ain't no lines, its an old mans face that isn't here or never has been!! its as clear as crystal. if i get a scanner i'll attach the file :eeeeeh:
|
How 'bout uploading a scan of the picture! Then we all know what you're talking about. I'm pretty curious by now!
EDIT: Ow, you don't have a scanner.. Too bad. |
Why do tv screens and monitors make those odd clicking sounds at night, you know like they crack??(I know this doesn't have anything to do with gosts but still...)
|
they use electricity(duh) and so that sound is the electricity inside it coming off. switch off your monitor to hear it.
|
Still in the middle of the night...
Anyway I never had any paranormal experiences and I would like to keep it that way. |
Tulac: that's what static is all about. ;)
|
Yeah I know now , I thought it would be either that or cooling of the monitor circuits that make that sound.

Yes, in older tvs,a small amount of power is stored in it even after it has been shut off for 20 years, nowadays none is stored for safety, fire issues :/ There are similiar pictures I speak of on a website...But you'll have to find it yerselfs, cuz i don't think i can post other kinds of links in my topic can I?
