I really don't await anything on Christmas. I'm accustomed to live modest, and material things don't matter that much for me like they do for other people, I can live without them if they aren't there or affordable.
One thing I would wish for the next Christmas though. That my beloved girl would move to me then and we would be together. And that it would snow outside and we could feel how comfortable it is to be home and enjoy being together while outside the weather is cold and ugly. This would be much greater gift for me than any of them that I got so far in my life (not that there were so many).

santa is a image created by coca-cola. St. Nickolis (SP) is the dude that gives presents.

Angels and D|emons is an exellent book, not as good as The Da Vince Code but still well worth reading.
I think Angels and Demons was as good as the DaVinci Code.
Angels and Demons handled a much more involving subject and has a much bigger scope (what with the bomb and all that) whereas the entire jesus theories were quite distant for the average reader.

True, DaVinci code did have some amazing riddles and all that, but Angels and Demons is still altogether as good as The Davinci Code in my opinion

I'd like some snow, and I'd like to be 8 years old again, when Christmas was always the most exciting time of the year.

Remember when you used to bound out of bed at 5 in the morning to see if Santa had left you anything? :Brain: My favourite part was always the 'Christmas stocking' filled with small little presents, oranges, and a tube of smarties. It was always a surprise. Christmas Eve is now the best, everyone in my area goes to the pub, and you see all the people you went to school with who you haven't seen since the Christmas Eve before and everyone is really happy and cheerful.

Yeh the orginal was what we in Belgium and the Netharlnds call St Niklaas.

Over time the St Nicolaas from Spain and the Saint Nick Claus (santa claus) became two different people.
