Let's see:
Shadow of the Comet Prisoner of the Ice Call of Chtulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth Alone in the Dark I Darkseed The first three are quite clear (licensed by Chaosium and all that stuff), the other two used some concepts from Lovecrafts works. |

Not two that I had in mind. I know Darkseed featured some of HR Giger's works. What were the Lovecraft references? |
Mmmm, now that you say it, I'm not sure if there are direct references to Lovecraft in Darkseed. Maybe it is more a matter of inspiration. You know, there this alien race called "The Ancients" trying to conquer the earth and so...
I guess I'll have to look for another game to complete the answer. |

Edit: Wouldn't Day of the Tencatle fit the conditions? You know... a tentacle... trying to enslave mankind... Everybody knows Lovecraft had a strange fixation with tentacles!!! |

"Deep Ones" are also a name of an alien (or half-alien) species in X-Com: Terror from the Deep.

Right. Lovecraft wrote about the Deep Ones as amphibious ocean-living creatures that have a thing for mating with humans. XCOM also depicted them as frog like creatures. I have never played Terror From The Deep. Were they half human? In what game do you have to defeat Shub-Niggurath? |
