First thing I ever played was when my aunt bought me a NES, and I told her I liked dragons, so she bought me Dragon Warrior with it. Man, Dragon Warrior is awesome. I STILL play it. (Have a NES emulator on my palmpilot with 900+ NES games. Hehe, go me.)

Little Samson on NES...i think.
Then again,it could be Super Mario Bros. |
Commando on commodore 64
I had to beat it so my brother would let me try anything else...he kept his word and I moved up from there |
A game called Turtle Slalom on one of those little handheld LCD thingies. I wish I could find it again...

Oh man, I had a couple of them as a child, they rocked!
Though my favourite wasn't mine, it was a friends' of mine, a donkey kong game with 3!! screens. I also had a 3 screens one but it was with spaceships and it was 3 different types and not one game. Very cool though and I did reset the score on all of them :-) Sorry for the :ot: :tomato: |
Well it was back in the days that my brother got his C64 (I got one latter). When he got the computer the very first game he got with it was (you've guessed it) Ghostbusters. Unfortunately he didn't get a joystick, so the game was loaded, but couldn't be played yet.
The first game I could play (latter that evening) was Frogger (you didn't need the joystick for it), otherwise The Return of the Phantom Carate Devils was the first game I could play half way - some moves were performed with the keyboard, but not all. |

I believe we had this question couple of the times. My first games were coin-ops.
One of the first of course was Inviders. (I would post a image, but for some reason we don't have that option on this sub-forum) |
My first video game? Hmmm... that takes me back a while.
I think it may have been the Aladdin game... what can I say I'm not that old. |
