To celebrate the imminent release of the eagerly-awaited game Deus Ex: Human Revolution, I've taken six official screenshots and de-made them into 640x400 and the Amiga's 32-color palate. (In all seriousness, who knew this game could look so good using only 32 colors?)

Well I wanted to suggest you to reduce resolution as well, since those pictures with high resolution still looks very good even in 32 colors :)

On some of the images in question, it's because I lacked the knowledge to make them look decent at lower resolutions. Mostly, though, it's because I'm imagining things as they might have been had they been released later on. What I mean, for example, the Hard Reset screens are similar to the EGA mode Sierra used on some of their VGA-based video games, as those games used 640x400 whenever they used EGA. Not as pretty, but the higher-res mode gives the EGA mode more room to dither. The same idea I often apply to high-res images because I imagine they were mainly released in, say, VGA or the Amiga 128-color mode, but they had a compatibility mode for older computers.
