Nah, i found out on Pirate Newsfeed, i seen something about on the news, about a women, downloading 5 songs, and sharing them with her friends, she got fined like 5Mill!

That has nothing to do with them putting spyware on TPB.

Government monitoring doesn't have anything to do with it.
When computers exchange data over the network, there is always some kind of trace left in the logs somewhere.
It just takes a bit of investigation and effort to connect the dots.

I'd say that the problem has to do either with your operating system or your filesharing program itself. Just uninstall the thing and reinstall it from scratch. Helped me a few times with other P2P programs that started repeatedly crashing.
